Bellbrae Harvest

Our guests said they felt relaxed and welcome at our wedding, and several called it one of the best venues they’d visited. We married at Bellbrae Harvest in April, and it was one of the best days of our lives. Deb and Ken were lovely and easy to work with from planning through the event, always available for questions. They even invited us out for coffee to talk through what we pictured for the day. Thanks so much, Deb and Ken. We hope to visit again soon.

Even with rain, hail and freezing weather on the day, Bellbrae Harvest had good options. We moved the ceremony inside by the fireplace, which was still beautiful and cozy. There’s also an outdoor wet weather option by the lake, but with the cold we chose indoors. Deb and Ken took care of the arrangements once we’d decided, so we could enjoy the day. They made planning easy and were flexible and laid back. Deb even gathered wattles, my favourite flower, from the property to decorate the venue. They know so many local vendors, who were all happy to work with them, and Deb coordinated everyone’s bump in and out on the day. We’re so glad we chose Bellbrae Harvest and can’t recommend Deb and Ken highly enough.

The rustic country setting had exactly the relaxed, welcoming feel we wanted for our January wedding. Bellbrae Harvest was the first and last venue we visited. After meeting Deb and Ken, we knew it was right for our special day. From our first conversation a year beforehand, they were open, accommodating and full of useful ideas. Nothing seemed too difficult, and they made the whole process much more relaxed for both of us. Our guests still rave about the venue and the exceptional service. We wanted a venue that felt like us, and Bellbrae Harvest won us over as soon as we saw it. We held an intimate winter morning wedding on a weekday in early July, and everyone appreciated how stunning the place looked. Deb and Ken were lovely additions to an already incredible venue. They kindly reopened their wedding season so we could have our dream date, and their generosity didn’t stop there. The day before, we visited to set up a few personal touches. After hearing our plans, Deb sent us off reassured that everything was under control. Deb, Ken and Suzie made the day feel like magic. We’d heard the couple should be treated as guests of honour, and that’s exactly how Deb and Ken made us feel. We’re looking forward to returning for special holidays in the years ahead.
