The balcony views are amazing, and the rooms are very generously sized. I moved in December 2018 and have loved living here ever since. The AC kept the place cool through the summer month. It’s a great place to live if you work at SCUH/SCUPH or one of the surrounding shops or medical precinct businesses. Management does an amazing job and is very helpful. This is my first home as an actual adult, apart from Uni share houses, and I haven’t been disappointed.

I was really disappointed. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and it was dirty with a terrible smell. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout that bothered me. The couch, carpet and surfaces were all stained and grimy. It was an awful experience.

Shops are within walking distance, as are the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital and the public health facilities. A great place to stay when visiting Maroochydore.

We pay $420 per week for a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, central heating and cooling, one car space and a small storage area in the basement. I gave it one star because when my partner and I moved in on 26 of august 2017, nobody told us we couldn't use the AC below 24 decrees. Only at the end of last month were we told tenants couldn't park a second car in visitor parking. That means paying $20 per day for the paid carpark. This apartment suits someone who doesn't mind keeping their home warm on a hot summer day and doesn't have a second car.

The apartments are very nice and a good size. A few things about the room's condition left me and my kids feeling ill.
