The grounds gave our wedding weekend its own little world. Our guests got to know each other over breakfast and walks around the property, and everyone kept talking about how lovely the place was. The rooms are gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful. We had 60 wedding guests to accommodate, and from the first enquiry until we said goodbye, everything felt warm and easy. Jess at the front desk was kind, organised, and clearly cared about making it all work. She made a potentially stressful set of arrangements feel effortless. We’ll hold onto those memories for a long time. For a wedding or another group celebration, I’d happily recommend staying here. Thank you so much. ❤️

The estate is so quiet and lovely, especially with the autumn colours, broad meadows, and neat hedges to enjoy. We made good use of the pool, tennis court, games area, and BBQ spot, too. Evans Lookout near Blackheath is close by, so it felt like a peaceful retreat. Our apartment, 'Linden, was spacious, spotless, and tastefully simple. The fireplace heater had been left on as we requested, which was a lovely welcome. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks, Jess!

I really enjoyed the stay. There’s a lovely natural outlook, a pool, tennis courts, old rooms with plenty of character, and a huge grassy play area for kids. Phone reception is a bit weak, but that can be a blessing when you’re enjoying nature. No wifi either, which suited us just fine. I’d recommend it.

We had a relaxing, cosy break and would gladly come back. The pool and tennis court were fun to use, and the gardens added a nice touch. It’s a peaceful, pretty spot in Blackheath, with lovely walks nearby in the Blue Mountains. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Laurel lodge we stayed in was well equipped and opened onto a wooded area, so nights were completely quiet. We got a warm welcome from the owner, too. It’s peaceful here, yet only a few minutes from Blackheath and Evans Lookout, as well as the start of the amazing Grand Canyon walk. A very nice place to stay.
