The Rosella room has a queen bed and a single, with plenty of space and a clean, comfortable feel. It's about 5km from Tumut town centre. The fenced garden is lovely, and the owners' two dogs are friendly. Breakfast basics are provided, and the fridge had fresh milk, yoghurt and bottled water. There are a few cooking things in the room too, including a hot plate, toaster and electric pan. It's kid and pet friendly.

It was very quiet at night, and parking beside the bungalow made things easy. We had access to a BBQ, and breakfast was part of the $135 price: cereal, toast, fruit, juice, yoghurt, teas and brewed coffee. The bungalow was neat, tidy and had what we needed, including a stove and toaster. The Easter chocolates were a nice little welcome.
