The kitchenette, microwave, fridge and kettle would be handy for a longer stay, and we were surprised to find a washer and dryer too. My daughters and I were just stopping overnight on the drive from Melbourne to Adelaide. Check-in was quick and welcoming, and our studio was warm and cosy. The queen bed was clean and comfortable, so we slept well before getting back on the road. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’ll be back.

That warm, comfortable room was such a nice surprise. The person at the desk greeted us with a smile, and the room was impressively spacious. We had a warm shower, a cosy bed and a warm room, with excellent bathroom facilities. This little motel really exceeded my expectations 😊

I’ve stayed at 105 on the Park a few times now. The renovated rooms are spotless and really comfortable, and it’s a great place to stay. I’d happily recommend booking here when you’re travelling to Bordertown.

A quiet night, a great shower and a comfortable bed meant I woke up rested and ready to keep driving. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. We stayed one night on the way home from Adelaide, and there was plenty to like.

It’s a quiet spot, though a bit of a walk to the town centre, which is clear on Maps. I stayed in an older, unrefurbished room and found it very clean and tidy. The place is well run, the staff were helpful, and the owner sent useful information before my visit.
