The pool and gym were clean and well equipped, and the hotel’s location made it easy to reach public transport, restaurants, shops and city attractions. Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive, so check-in and departure both went smoothly. My room was spacious, immaculately presented and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchenette and in-room laundry were especially practical and well maintained, whether you’re staying briefly or for longer. Capri by Fraser offers a comfortable, modern stay and good value for money. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of champagne and a lovely card wishing us well. The facilities were very clean and available, the location was great, and the prices were reasonable. Thanks to the whole team for the lovely hospitality. We’ll be back soon!

The room was awesome, and our king bed had electric blackout curtains. It got so dark I woke up with no idea what time it was! The bathroom was great too, and the room was very clean. It’s right in the city with easy access to everything. The staff have been amazing. I’d come back, no worries.

The CBD location is convenient and the facilities seem decent, but poor housekeeping, room faults and an unwelcoming check-in made this stay a letdown. The front desk came across as a little impolite, which set a negative tone on arrival. More courteous service might have helped make up for the problems in the room, but instead it added to the sense that the details were being overlooked. The cleaning wasn’t acceptable for a 4-5 star city hotel. There was hair all over the toilet floor, the cup I’d used for tea the day before hadn’t been washed or replaced, and rubbish was still visible in the carpet because the vacuuming was so poor. The room didn’t feel clean or well maintained to return to after a day out. The in-room safe was broken and unusable, which is inconvenient in the CBD when you expect to store valuables securely. Shower pressure was also very weak, making it hard to have a proper shower and falling short of the hotel’s otherwise modern feel. Capri by Fraser Brisbane has a central location, modern rooms and good facilities on paper, but this visit was overshadowed by poor cleaning, maintenance problems and underwhelming front-desk service. At this price, it’s hard to recommend unless the cleaning and basic room features are improved. Other nearby CBD hotels manage cleanliness and service more reliably.
