I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with kids. The pool water was dirty, even though they said it was clean, and the tap water made people very sick. The room was messy, the bed had stains and smelled, and there were bed bugs. They don’t change the mattresses. There were needles in the backyard, rubbish everywhere, and the grass wasn’t even cut. The cleaners have kids, and the finger. They had keys for every door and could open them when they wanted. We woke up to them inside. The place says it’s open until 5 but shuts whenever they want. There’s no food, and you have to wait a whole week for laundry. They have two laundry rooms, but won’t give anyone the keys, even though they work fine, and they don’t clean your clothes properly.

There wasn’t anything nearby to do. It seemed like some kind of government subsidised low-income housing, and I was one of just two people there who wasn’t a long-term resident. Kids were running around or riding bikes well into the dawn hours.

I stayed there as C wolf, the name on record for room 13, and I’m lucky I didn’t bring my young daughter. It wasn’t a pleasant stay. There was no aircon, TV, hot water, or refreshments, and no plates or bowls. The room was filthy and dusty, and the half-hacked blanket looked creepy and atrocious. The lights didn’t work, so the guy in the next room had to switch ours on by pushing a piece of paper through the wall. I was afraid I’d be robbed when I went out for a smoke. I wouldn’t recommend it to my dog. Definitely not a “any star” motel.

I won’t stay there again. I was using a walker and couldn’t run, so safety was a big concern. I locked the door on my first night, but woke up the next day to find the door and latch unlocked. The cleaners would walk in without being asked. The shower dripped, there was mold and cockroaches everywhere, and the room had random markings on the walls and roof. It wasn’t accessible for my mobility scooter. The bed was so uncomfortable that the springs hurt my back. Reception was okay, but the people there really took advantage of me. There were drugs galore, so it’s not a place for kids. Best to keep to yourself, is my advice.

There was nothing in the room, no plates or cups, and you’d be lucky to get one clean towel and a roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. The rooms were filthy, with dust and mould everywhere, holes in the walls, and everything extremely outdated. It looked as if nobody had cleaned them in years. The owners and workers were rude, arrogant, and untrustworthy. This place is disgraceful and disgusting. It shouldn’t be in business.
