The shower had brown grime and mould, and the broken soap holder was both ugly and dangerous. I also had to clean some areas before I could use them, so it wasn't as clean as it could have been. With internal doors being used as exterior doors, any sense of safety goes straight out the door.

I had no complaints and would come back. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels, and the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful, and management did everything they could to help me and make me feel welcome. Excellent customer service.

Really liked this place. It's cozy, neat, and clean, and the price is reasonable. I'll stay here again when I visit Brisbane.

The breakfast was substandard, and the beds felt very old, with worn-out mattresses that smelled musty. Customer service was terrible.
