The location was the one good thing. We were first given a dirty room that someone else had been using, though they moved us to a clean one afterward. It felt dodgy, with lots of strange people walking around, and I wouldn't call it family friendly. The air conditioners were all super old and dirty. Room service wasn't daily, and the free wifi didn't work every day either.

We got early check-in the morning we arrived, which was the only good part. The room wasn't cleaned or serviced at all until the second day. On day 4 we asked for fresh towels and more toilet paper, which we got, and were promised service the next day, but it didn't happen. I'd give it one star for the early check-in, or zero if I could. I'd tell people not to stay there.

The staff were nice and friendly. In the two-bedroom apartment, there were two TVs but only one remote, and toilet paper in just one of the two bathrooms. The back cupboard in Room A had come away from the cupboard, and there was no clothes hanging rod. Curtains in both rooms wouldn't close all the way.

The room was full of cockroaches, the sheets had clearly been slept in, and there wasn't even a blanket. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the bath mat had obviously been used by previous guests too. It may have been a busy week, but if they couldn't clean the room, they shouldn't have charged for it. Worst place I've ever stayed.

Helpful reception staff, but our stay was a nightmare. A guest went on what looked like a drunken rampage and the police were called. The bathroom was rundown. Road noise made it hard to sleep, though that's not the hotel's fault.
