It's worth knowing before booking that this is a hotel apartment, as we call it in my country, rather than a typical hotel. There are no disposable toiletries or usual room service, though each room has cookware and a washer and dryer. For the price, it's clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a surprisingly well equipped room. It was easy on the wallet and had what you need for a longer stay.

The stay itself was good and covered the basics, and the location was handy. Finding the entrance took some effort, though. I booked a premium room, but thought it was missing small things like a hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste for guests who forget to bring them. Given the amount paid and the brand, I feel those should be included. Since leaving, I've sent several emails and haven't had a reply.

The apartment made for a comfortable stay, with a clean, modern feel, useful kitchen and laundry, and great city views. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. It also felt relaxed and safe. Queen Street Mall, South Bank, restaurants and public transport are all close by. It worked well for a Brisbane business trip or a short holiday, and I'd happily stay again.

We picked this for a weekend with friends because the location offered good value. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment faced the pools at the property and the WestInn hotel, and was pleasantly quiet. It was clean and in order, with a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and two small bedrooms. The main bedroom had an ensuite. The space was compact, but everything fit. There was no dryer in our apartment, although other apartments had one, which was a shame. On-site parking costs extra, with a reduced fee for ALL members. For a city location, the price was competitive, and I'd stay again.
