Moving to one of the lovely apartments at One Oak feels like a fresh start for Hannah and me, and we have Claire to thank for helping us secure it. Since relocating to Brisbane, we've rented in a few places where we felt overlooked, like just another number. Claire made us feel welcome from the outset and took extra care to make the process personal and smooth. We really appreciate her warmth and professionalism, and wanted to recognize the support she gave us. We're excited about this next chapter.

Claire, our property liaison at One Oak, made the rental process feel straightforward and reassuring. She kept my partner and me updated, clearly confirmed the rent and key dates, and even booked the lift for our move-in day because we couldn't move on another date. The building is well looked after, and recent additions like the sauna and new gym equipment have made it even better. It's in a perfect spot, the facilities stay clean, and it feels like home.

We were sad to move on after a year at One Oak. The building always looked lovely and was kept in great condition. Alex Robinson was our property manager, and she went out of her way to help us. She was easy to reach and made the whole experience pleasant.

Alex, the building manager, was always a pleasure to deal with and quick to help whenever we contacted her. I spent almost two years at One Oak and found it fantastic: clean, well maintained, with great amenities. Gasworks, the cafes and gyms around Newstead are all just a short walk away.
