Point Residences

After staying at nine places around Brisbane in the past month, The Point Hotel was easily the best. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and it's got parking and laundry. The location is great too. The rooftop restaurant has amazing food and the best view of Brisbane. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Tahlia, Shanae, Jack, Ruby, Jett, and Teri.

The river walk is right nearby, and it’s about a comfortable 30-minute walk to the city and botanical gardens. I stayed at the Point for two nights. The staff were all lovely and accommodating, and my room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

We only planned on two nights, but the balcony room was a lovely surprise, with a proper lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom. Everyone was so nice, and when we added a third night I ordered dinner through room service and had the complimentary breakfast. Both were amazing. There was Google Cast too, so I could watch my own shows instead of daytime TV. I’d happily recommend it.

The view of Kangaroo Point Bridge and Story Bridge from our balcony suite was stunning, and we enjoyed walking to the ferry terminal, the City and Southbank. We visited Brisbane for the first time over Christmas and stayed three nights at Point Hotel. The room was a little old, though very clean. There’s a guest laundry and microwave in the basement. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. After we’d driven two hours toward Sunshine Coast on the way home to the North, I realized I’d left something important in the room. I called reception and Tahlia sorted it out quickly. They express-shipped it to our address without any hassle. Really appreciate it!
