The staff and receptionists went out of their way to be helpful, and the rooms were neat. The apartment is a little dated, but it has everything you need, and you can see ongoing renovations and growth. Its location is fantastic, close to shops and cafes and only a short trip to the airport. Free parking and the pool made our stay wonderful. Highly recommend.

The location was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to Brisbane Airport, and the free parking and pool were great. My room was spacious and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. An excellent aparthotel just minutes from the airport. Perfect for my trip, highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed it each time. It’s convenient, central, and has what you need for a work stopover. Check-in was smooth, and the room and facilities were clean and serviced. The bathroom has been freshly renovated in a modern style. Traffic nearby can be frustrating, but that’s expected this close to the CBD. I’ll be back.

Clean, modern room and a great location for work at Pinkenba. The parking is a bit tight for a big car, and the TV isn’t in a great position to watch from bed.

My friend got no sleep at all. Drunk guests were all over the hotel, with some trying to get into her room at 3am and another throwing up outside for a long time. The receptionist was very unhelpful. She speaks English so quickly that it’s hard to understand her, and she just watched for a full minute as my friend struggled to get through the reception door with a big suitcase. She also refused to call a taxi when my friend’s phone wasn’t working.
