The 24-hour front desk team were a big help. They kept our bags for a few hours after checkout while we explored before our flight. Our apartment was bright and roomy, with modern furnishings and river views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a full kitchen and an in-room washer and dryer. Brisbane Skytower Apartments is also close to Queen Street Mall, South Bank and the casino, all within walking distance. We loved staying here and would come back to Brisbane.

We got a good price for two nights, and since it was our honeymoon, we mentioned it through agoda. They surprised us with a goodie bag at check-in and put us in a one-bedroom apartment on the 79th floor. The views were absolutely amazing. The apartment was modern, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. We liked being able to cook for ourselves, though I couldn’t get the inverter working. The pool was great, and it was nice that it was heated since it can get windy up that high. Fantastic stay, and I hope we can return someday.

Being on Level 48 gave us a breathtaking view over Brisbane CBD through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable, and shops and restaurants were close by. The only niggle was the TV, which was slow to respond. YouTube wouldn’t load when I tried, and the internet could be a bit faster. I’d come back and recommend the hotel to friends for the convenient location, facilities and especially the service. I’d come to Brisbane from New Zealand to help my son settle into university, and it was my first visit. I’d booked a two-bedroom place through Booking.com, but the staff told me on arrival that the room was ready even though it was only 7:20am and check-in normally starts at 2pm. They also upgraded us for free to a three-bedroom apartment, which I hadn’t expected.

The kids especially loved spending time in the pool, splashing around in the sunshine. Our room’s view was another highlight, waking up to that cityscape was unforgettable. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help, and the amenities made the stay comfortable and convenient. We had a lovely time at Sky Tower Hotel and are looking forward to going back.

Our group of eight, with both older and younger people, stayed in two apartments on Level 73 and we were all impressed by the apartments and the views. The week-long stay was good value and included free wifi. Staff were friendly and available around the clock. The indoor pool on Level 66 also has a great view, though I have to say it’s a bit small. Recommended.
