We were very disappointed and glad we'd booked only 1 night. The apartment was filthy, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out, the AC vents were filthy so we couldn't use the air conditioning, and the bathroom drainage grates were disgusting. One bedside lamp had clearly been on FIRE: its shade was melted and scorched, with scorch marks still on the wall. We didn't feel game enough to use any power points. There were dirty marks on the walls and couch, and the carpark signage was poor. If the apartment had been kept clean, it would have been good value.

The location is great, and at first glance the rooms seem nice. But basic housekeeping and maintenance were lacking: dirty scuff marks on nearly every wall, three main lights not working, dirty glasses and crockery, and dangerously slippery soap scum on the shower floor. There wasn't any extra toilet paper for four adults, seriously? This place has potential, but clearly needs a manager who's actively involved.

The room was in rough shape. The fridge barely kept things cool, the dryer dial didn't work properly, and the intercom was filthy. The couches, cushions and walls were dirty too, while the stove hood was coming loose and the cooktop knobs were wobbly. When we returned on a very hot day, the air conditioning still wasn't working. It hadn't been switched on, and the room had only had a quick clean. After checking into room 26 just after 2pm, I found it hadn't been cleaned at all, with rubbish in the sink and a foul smell. I called reception and they came to clean because there were no other rooms available. I won't stay there again.

We were told parking was free, then charged for it anyway. A parking space should be included with the room booking. The way the bond was handled was even worse. On Saturday at 9:30pm, after one noise complaint, Brooke banged on the door and spoke rudely to us. A warning first would have been fair. We quieted down straight away, then all went out for the night. We cleaned the apartment until it was spotless the next morning, but they still took the entire bond directly from my account without contacting us or notifying us. It felt like they'd take money for any reason. Very unprofessional, disappointing and disgusting. Wouldn't recommend them, and never again.

Reception staff were kind and accommodating, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean and had useful things like a microwave. Wi-Fi was free, which I appreciated, though the signal in our unit wasn't very good. On a hot day, it would've been nice to have a jug of water in the fridge, but there wasn't one. Still, a good stay.
