I’ve stayed here three times, and the apartment is comfortable, clean and in a very good location. The manager, Peter, is really nice and friendly.

Getting around the Sunshine Coast was easy from this central spot, with Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Noosa, Montville and Maleny all accessible. Kawana Shopping Centre and restaurants are just across the road, Kawana Beach is a five-minute stroll away, and decent coffee is only a minute away. Our clean, spacious two-bedroom apartment had a full kitchen, laundry facilities and two bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The tinted double-glazed sliding door kept out most of the sun and noise. The large smart TV worked well, and the comfy couch suited our family of four. Check-in and checkout were simple. Free secure undercover parking was great, and the pool, gym and BBQ areas were always clean. The only real drawback was a slightly musty smell from the washing machine that got onto the clothes we washed. It probably just needed a deep clean. We had a wonderful stay with young kids and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We stayed for three days in January 2025, and it was a very disappointing visit. The unit’s showers were extremely dirty, the gym equipment didn’t work and the pool was dirty too. One room had a sticker saying it was a private room, but the lock was broken and you could see inside. The advertised double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together. We could feel the gap while sleeping, which made it very uncomfortable. I called management to explain the problems and was just told sorry. They offered no solution. We’re paying for the stay and expect a certain level of service. A comfortable bed is the minimum. We won’t stay again. I recommend finding somewhere else.

The complex is mainly residential, though I’d guess some units are available for short stays or Airbnb. It’s modern, seems well built, and the accommodation is thoughtfully designed. The location is the main draw: Kawana Shopping World and lovely beaches are within walking distance, and Mooloolaba is 15 minutes away. A good choice for a short Sunshine Coast break.
