Manderley Park Farmstay B&B

The quiet made for a great night's sleep, with no streetlights, traffic, or other noise around. We found the bed comfortable, and choosing from the pillow menu was a nice extra. Breakfast was continental, but generous enough to put many hotels to shame. Robyn welcomed us, showed us around, and left us to settle in. We enjoyed the Devonshire tea that had been set out for the afternoon, then opted for a cosy night watching television instead of driving the six minutes into town. The decor felt carefully chosen, the gardens were lovely, and the whole B&B had an old-world charm. We felt thoroughly looked after and will be back.

Freshly baked bread and a lovely breakfast spread got our first farm B&B stay off to a great start. The cottage felt charming and homey right away, and Robyn and Colin made us feel at home. They’ve set a pretty high standard for future stays.

My daughter is still talking about the cows. The place is quaint and comfortable, with little touches that make it feel like home. Robyn and Colin were warm, genuine hosts, and I’d especially recommend staying here with kids.

Helping milk the cows and spending time with the animals at the homestead made the weekend special. Robyn and Colin were so friendly and welcoming in their home, and their hospitality made our first B&B stay one we’ll remember. We loved the fresh bread, scones, and tasty breakfast, along with the small extras like chocolate and the excellent housekeeping. We’d love to visit again.
