We’ve been regular visitors to the Boathouse for years and always enjoy coming back. Deborah and Andy greet guests so warmly, and we love the atmosphere and the lovely view over the inlet. The rooms are sparkling clean, the decor is immaculate, and the king beds are luxurious and comfortable. The garden is colourful and lovingly tended. It’s close to restaurants and cafes, with just a short drive into town. Highly recommended.

A lovely little bed and breakfast close to town. The room was clean, tidy and thoughtfully laid out, with lots of little extras for things you might forget to pack. Madie was wonderful to deal with. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone after a quick getaway.

I spent a night here with my 92-year-old grandmother, who uses a walking frame, and she was delighted by how comfortable the home was and how much room she had to move around. Deborah and Andy gave us such a warm welcome. It’s a beautiful home, very clean and presented so nicely, with thoughtful touches like earbuds and chocolates in the room. I can’t recommend The Boathouse enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Deb and Andy are wonderful hosts. I travel all over the state as a sales rep, and I felt so calm here. I slept better than I ever have away from my own bed. They take privacy seriously while still making you feel relaxed. I’ll stay again!

We wanted a relaxing short break from Perth, and staying at the Boathouse was a pleasure. Deborah and Andy were lovely and accommodating. The room was clean and beautiful, with all the amenities and little treats provided. It was self-contained, so we didn’t have to eat out if we didn’t want to. My husband especially liked the free Wi-Fi and Netflix. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.
