Quest Bunbury Serviced Apartments

The room had all the facilities and amenities I needed, including cookware and an iron and ironing board. The hotel is clean, easy to find, check-in was simple, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The EV charger was the problem. The app wouldn't work with any of the ports when we first tried, and after asking reception for help we found only one port worked. There's no cable attached, though you can borrow one from reception.

We loved our stay in the spacious, clean studio. There's a pool and a free laundry area, and the beach, Dolphin Observatory & Discovery Centre are across the street. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. Highly recommend.

You can count on quest for a good quality stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with everything you need while you're visiting.

I paid over $1400 for a three-bedroom apartment for two nights, and we had no hot water to shower. There were six of us in the room, including two kids, but after I told reception, they sent the manager Sam to look. He said nothing could be done and told us to wait 20 to 30 minutes for it to heat up. That was unacceptable. They were quick to charge my credit card, but when I complained, manager Sam didn't care. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and will never stay there again.
