A lovely little hotel, with a beautiful, clean room that had everything I needed. The hosts and staff were lovely too. Shops are right across the street, so the location is perfect. I'd highly recommend it.

Check-in was quick, friendly, and a great experience. The location works well for Sugarland and the airport, and there's been plenty of care taken to cover what you need in the room, keeping in mind it's a motel rather than a hotel. Great value.

The room was cosy and amazing, just what I needed. I had to find a place for the night after being flooded out, and the lovely woman who checked me in made me feel so much better in a horrible situation. Golden Palms will be my first choice if I need to stay in Bundaberg again. Highly recommended.

Garry and Jane gave such personal service, and I want to commend them for it. I stayed two nights, and the immaculate room had a huge walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. The bed and linen were so restful. They made a very sad occasion feel peaceful for me. Thank you both. I'd give more than five stars if I could, and absolutely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay, with friendly staff and clean rooms serviced daily. Check-in and check-out were easy, and getting around from there was simple. We'd stay again.
