Great location, spotless room, comfortable beds and friendly service. The value is superb too. You can’t go wrong!

The manager seemed not to care and wasn’t friendly. The place was extremely noisy, and the air conditioner in my first room didn’t work, though it did in the room I moved to. TV reception was poor, and despite the pool photos online, the pool was empty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stay in motels around the country regularly for work, and this was the cleanest room I’ve had. The staff and management were friendly, and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely stay again whenever I’m in Bundy.

I did get a refund, but the short version is: don’t stay here. The room photos seem to be years old. There was mould on the ceiling, the air con barely worked, we found cockroaches, the carpet was stained and there were cracks in the wall. Service wasn’t great either. The shower wouldn’t drain, which was the worst problem. I only realised late, around 9:30pm, and when I called the man at the desk he didn’t seem to care. He said I’d have to wait until morning, then snarkily told me that if I could find another hotel, he’d refund me, but good luck. I found one and tried calling to check out, but got no answer. The next morning I called for a refund and proof of it. He agreed and asked me to cancel through the booking site, which I tried but couldn’t. About six hours later I still hadn’t heard anything, so I went back to reception. He made excuses, saying his plumber found nothing wrong and he wouldn’t get commission for anything. In the end he refunded me, but I seriously doubt the problems I reported have been fixed.
