The New Year's Eve party at the Bundalong Tavern was the one good part of our stay. The park itself was a huge letdown for our first time in Bundalong. It has real potential as a family holiday spot, and I hope new owners can bring it back to its former glory. The place looked neglected, with rubbish bins overflowing and the buildings and scaffolding falling apart. The pool areas didn't seem to get cleaned, and missing or broken tiles around the edge made them a safety hazard. The BBQ at the other pool wasn't working either. Since the place is up for sale, I assume the current owners aren't interested in spending money on the park.

We spent three nights here and really liked it. There was a nice, level spot for our camper, and the amenities were clean. The pool was a plus, and the Tavern next door is terrific, with the best meals. Highly recommend.

My husband was flown to Alfred Hospital in Melbourne on 17 December because of a heart condition, after I'd booked four days, from 29 December to 2 January. They charged me on the day I booked, 7 December. When I rang to cancel, I was told I had to give 30 days' notice to get my money back. That's so wrong and disgraceful. It's 25 December now, and he still has to have a pacemaker.

We stayed over the Australia Day weekend in January 2020 with three couples and my family, including our two kids. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. The owners were lovely to chat with when we spoke to them several times. There was plenty for the kids, with a great pool and playground, and the boat ramp was only minutes away. The Tavern was an easy walk too. We're looking at dates to book here again. Highly recommend for families.

My son and his friends stayed here, and we won't be back or recommend the place. The managers/owners were extremely rude, bossy and unaccommodating. The cabin was disgraceful, with a cheap renovation that definitely didn't look up to building regulations. The power fuse kept cutting out, the floorboards creaked, and after a shower the smoke alarm would go off when you opened the door. Parking availability was terrible too. Very disappointing, a massive thumbs down.
