Cascade Garden Apartments

Sam and Tracey were friendly, attentive hosts, and that was the best part of the stay. Cascade Gardens is extremely quiet, has free Starlink, and is well placed if you're travelling by car. I've stayed in serviced units and Airbnbs around the world for years, and this was the most comprehensively equipped apartment I've come across.

Sam owns and manages the property and was always available when needed. The grounds are awesome, the rooms are picturesque and functional, and there's Starlink WiFi and a comfortable bed. It's also quite close to Cascade Pier for fishing and shark viewing. Norfolk Island is a special place, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a week. We especially appreciated the beach towels, air fryer, and mobile phone, which helped the three couples in our two apartments keep in touch. The laundry came in handy after fishing, too. The ocean views were lovely and relaxing, and it was a short drive wherever we wanted to go. Ash and Marie made everything easy and were friendly and helpful. We had a great time, and the inclusions exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure, thank you both.

We loved the peaceful feel of Cascade Gardens and Norfolk Island. The garden setting was beautiful and well kept, and the location felt tucked away while still being convenient to town. We enjoyed a barbecue in our private courtyard. The apartment was set up well for cooking, and we found great local produce at the growers market and excellent meat at the butchers. They'd left tea, coffee, milk, and basic cooking supplies, which I appreciated since we arrived on Good Friday. Marie and Ash were welcoming from the airport pickup and made everything easy. Their communication was great from booking onwards, and they shared useful tips about what to bring, what to do, and local knowledge. A phone was provided to call them if we needed anything, and they responded straight away. An excellent Easter, highly recommended.
