We arrived at the confirmed time but couldn't check in. I called the number provided for over an hour and sent messages to it too, but the manager never answered or replied. Two hours later there was still no call back. With my family, I had to drive another hour to find somewhere to stay at the last minute. The way we were treated was disgusting. Really disappointing, and they shouldn't be in business.

Our family of five stayed at Busselton Holiday Units recently, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The units were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the care put into maintaining them was clear. We felt at home and would happily stay again. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for family-friendly accommodation.

It’s in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of Busselton beach and a bit farther along to the jetty. The holiday unit is set up really well, with a fully stocked kitchen, a nice layout, comfortable beds, and a washing machine. Much better than some caravan park cabins. I’d stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
