At more than $200 a night, the standard needs to be better. The dining chairs were metal garden chairs, there weren't enough kitchen power points for the appliances, and the coffee cups were scratched inside and stained. The curtains and walls were dirty. There was no flywire on the wooden screen door and no fly screen in the kitchen window. No complimentary shampoo or anything like that either. At reception, I was simply handed a key and told checkout was by 10am. Nobody gave me the wifi password, and I didn't see another staff member during our two-night stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

The bloke at the desk was friendly enough, but £160 (GBP) for one night in this dump is mad. The rooms are battered and rough. Even a coat of paint would help.

My company booked me a room at Restawhile while I was in Busselton for work. I was meant to check out at 1 PM, but the owner had been calling me since morning, telling me to leave. I explained I was at work. When I returned, they'd already gone into my room and removed all my belongings before checkout time. It felt insulting and completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Restawhile. They may violate your privacy, and they might even take your money or valuables if you leave them in the room.

A basic place, but good value for a weeknight. The bed was comfy, and there was a microwave, sink and hot water. Watch out for the black carpet. I left a pair of expensive shoes behind because I didn't spot them on the floor!

We'd booked an overnight stay so I could meet my grandson and bring him home, where his mother lives with us. We didn't know her bowel cancer medication had stopped working. We had to make an emergency trip to pick up her son so he could see his mum one more time. The motel showed no concern about what we were going through and wouldn't refund the trip we could no longer take. They didn't even say they were sorry for our loss. Think twice before booking this place far ahead 😤🥺
