First Sun Holiday Park

Being right in town made it easy for our group to head out at night and walk back to our cabins, and we loved having the beach right there for morning walks. It was our first time here, four nights on a girls trip, and we had a fantastic stay. The staff gave us a lovely welcome. We also met the managers at Saturday’s drinks by the water, such a nice way to meet other people on holiday. We’ll come back!

We drove all the way from Ipswich to make a delivery, and we take pride in our work and always try to be polite, whether someone is a customer or not. On arrival, the reception woman seemed unhappy and told us where to drop the items and leave. No problem, no fuss. A young man also helped direct us, good lad. Then we received a 3 / 10 review for our service. We understand your items arrived weeks late, but you’ve taken it out on the messenger who drove over 100km to make sure you got them. We provide great service and take pride in helping people. Hope you have a safe summer and a merry xmas!

Our powered site was a little tucked away from the main section, but it suited us well for three nights. The location is fabulous, right on the beach and just a two minute walk to the shops. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities, though they looked great. The washers and dryers worked really well.

Management was very helpful when we needed a small repair, and it was taken care of right away. The cabin was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The park has well maintained facilities and gardens, and the kombi keg was a fun addition for a cocktail by the water. You’re right on the beach with secure access, and the main area of Byron Bay is an easy walk away. Highly recommend staying here!
