We'd camped all the way from Adelaide to Byron, so for our last night before the Gold Coast we treated ourselves to the Queen Spa room. The spa was just what we needed after all those walks and the aches from camping, and we felt really comfortable. It's a peaceful, welcoming place with such hospitable hosts. Breakfast was so satisfying, especially the fresh, still-warm bread. A real little retreat in Byron. We'd happily recommend it.

We booked at the last minute and ended up with a wonderfully relaxing night away. The shared accommodation is in a lovely bush setting, set back from the main road, so it's very quiet. The property is lovely, and the hosts are awesome, accommodating people. A great spot if you want time in nature. Thanks again, we'll be back.

We loved the homemade muffins enough to want to return! Planula is tucked away from the main roads, but Byron is still close enough to reach by car, bike, or on foot if you're up for it. The rooms were well looked after, and our host was so welcoming. A lovely place for a mini vacation. Thanks!

We stayed six nights with the family, and Wandy made us feel very welcome. The location is peaceful and close to town, with easy access to other places too. Fresh homemade bread and muffins each morning were such a lovely personal touch. We'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

We felt tucked away among the lovely nature and still had privacy, yet the main street in Byron was only a 5-10 minute drive. The hosts were SO nice, and she laid out a full breakfast on the table with pretty much anything you could want: muffins, toast, cereal, coffee and herbal teas. Definitely going back :))
