The location was convenient, with nearby cafés for breakfast and shopping centers, and the staff were helpful and upbeat. I left my luggage in the designated storage room before check-in, then went out to explore the city. My room was fantastic, with a spacious layout, mountain view, large bathroom, and kitchenette. The hotel also has a pool and jacuzzi. I had an amazing stay.

The pool area was great, especially during the hot days of our stay, and I’d come back for a weekend getaway. We were there for two nights while going to a concert at CPAC. The room was a decent size, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I would have liked a doona cover over the doona. There was hair on the rug and floor when we arrived. Reception was helpful and had it vacuumed while we were out. I was disappointed there was no body wash in the bathroom, though I’d have been fine with a wall dispenser.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the location convenient, with car rental next to the hotel and cafes in the area. The room had a broken toilet seat and no toilet paper, but otherwise things were good. Breakfast is included Tuesday through Friday only. We hadn’t realized that, but they gave us a voucher to use at a nice coffee restaurant on the corner. You’ll probably spend more than the voucher covers, just so you know.

We had a wonderful stay at Alivio Hotel this week. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included and definitely worthwhile. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Thanks, Alivio team! I’ll definitely recommend it to family and friends visiting.

I’d seen the bad reviews and was a little worried, but my stay turned out fantastic. The room was clean and lovely, and everyone was amazing, from the service desk and restaurant staff to the cleaners. Breakfast was excellent too. I’d definitely stay again!
