Breakfast was a highlight. It was included and served downstairs in the Italian restaurant, with a huge buffet and fresh, delicious food. The location also made it easy to get around, and the staff were welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout. I had a fantastic stay at Crystalbrook Flynn and would happily return. My room on the 9th floor was quiet, comfortable, and just right for a relaxing visit. It was clean and modern, with a simple, functional setup that had everything I needed.

Getting engaged here means Crystalbrook Flynn will always be special to us. We'd love to return for an anniversary. The pools were amazing, and the whole hotel is stunningly designed. Our room was fabulous too. Right from arrival, everything felt special, even the lovely scent in reception, which will bring back great memories. The staff were thoughtful and so friendly. They went out of their way to help with my luggage while I had my arm in a sling, and we really appreciated it. The location was perfectly placed for enjoying everything nearby.

The room was spotless, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and everything felt calm and well cared for. I felt relaxed and happy during my two-night birthday stay. CC at reception was especially warm and welcoming, and clearly loves her work. She even gave me a complimentary drink card as a sweet birthday surprise. I really appreciated the attentive service and friendly atmosphere. It was a lovely birthday treat, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

The location was hard to beat for food, shopping, art, and culture. We enjoyed walking along the water in the morning with the sea breeze, and would stay here again when we're in the area. The hotel was clean and looked modern, a bit like a Hyatt Centric. Our room was large, with plenty of space to spread out. Both pools were very cold, but a plunge felt great after a long day walking around the city. Food was the main reason for our four-star rating. Dinner at the Italian restaurant lacked flavor, and breakfast was the same each day. By the fourth morning, some variety in the hot options would have been nice. Pastries under the very hot lamps dried out, and it seemed they waited for the last one to be taken before replenishing items.

If you're local and live in cairns, come down to Crystalbrook flynn. The vibes are top tier, the atmosphere is amazing, and all the staff and workers have the best manners. Fridays mean nonstop entertainment with Troy, the amazing saxophone player. His extravagant beats and high notes are sure to get you moving.
