The sunrise from the balcony was a highlight, and the location was great. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. We had a wonderful two-night stay and would definitely come back.

The balcony looks straight out to the sea. I loved opening the doors each morning to watch the sunrise and hear the waves on the beach. The location is fantastic, just 20m from the netted swimming enclosure and next door to the Surf Club, my favourite restaurant on The Esplanade. I stayed four nights in a one-bedroom apartment, which had all the little practical things I needed, from glad wrap and aluminium foil to good utensils, crockery and cutlery. The internet was fast enough for video streaming, and there was a washing machine, dryer and large clothes horse for air-drying laundry. Other serviced apartments could learn a lot from Marlin Waters. It was bliss.

Rhonda and Chris were wonderful hosts, with plenty of information about things to do and places to see. We spent a week here, and the location was magnificent, with ocean views from every room. We'll definitely be back.

One of my favourite parts of the day was having an early coffee on the balcony and watching the sun come up over the water. The units are right across from the beach swimming enclosure. We've stayed here before and hope to return soon. Rhonda and Chris are really helpful property managers and know the area well.
