The place was immaculate, with three very spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a great outdoor kitchen. We even used the BBQ, which was easy to use and clean. Check-in was available earlier than expected, and the cleaners had done a great job. It was my friend’s birthday, so I asked the host to arrange a cake, wine and a few birthday touches. They were happy to help, communicated well and were very hospitable. The only drawback is that it’s about a 30-minute walk from Cairns “city.” There’s a direct bus just a minute’s walk from the property, and Ubers are easy to find and book, so it wasn’t much of an issue. I’d missed my chance to review on Airbnb but wanted to thank the owners and managers for making my friend and me happy. Hope to come back soon :)
