Valle Vista Luxury Apartments

Susan was a huge help with both arranging the accommodation and giving us information about activities, which she also booked for us. Her travel agent experience really showed. We stayed at Valle Vista in a spotless, beautifully furnished three-bedroom apartment that suited our family of five, including three teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the beach towels. It’s near shops and supermarkets, and there’s a hotel within walking distance where we had great meals. Each day we could watch the historic Kuranda train go by from the rear balcony. We had a wonderful Cairns holiday and would very much recommend Valle Vista.

The welcome basket of goodies was a lovely touch, and the teenagers made good use of the pool. We needed a last minute apartment with a lift because of an injury, and Susan was very accommodating. The apartment was luxurious and wheelchair friendly, with lifts making it easy to get in and out and reach every floor. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next Cairns visit. Wish we’d found Valle Vista sooner. :-)

We’ve stayed here many times with family and friends, and we’re always happy to return and sad to leave. The downstairs pools, alfresco spaces, and BBQ areas are private, nicely equipped, and beautifully styled for a swim or time together in the day or evening. Susan’s care shows in the details, from the welcome baskets to the colour choices. The individual decor is striking, and opening the apartment door immediately made me feel relaxed. These are stunning luxury apartments, the best in Cairns, and a full five stars compared with anywhere. I can’t recommend Valle Vista highly enough. Thank you, Susan!

The pool and BBQ spaces were a lovely bonus, and we could easily drive to Cairns city, Kuranda, and the Northern beaches. We had a lovely family stay as five. The apartment was roomy, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well equipped. Looking forward to coming back soon!
