Peter was a lovely, helpful host, and the sound of the waves gently sent us to sleep each night. We came from Melbourne looking for some winter warmth, and Villa Beach was just right. The apartments are very well cared for, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve come across in our travels, so cooking our own meals was a pleasure. We also enjoyed borrowing bikes for easy coffee runs.

The room was great, and waking up to waves rolling onto the sandy beach was lovely. They’d left milk and freshly cut fruit for breakfast, plus Tim Tams to enjoy with a cuppa. Everything was exceptionally clean and nicely presented.

Peter was a friendly, accommodating host, and we’d love to come back. We spent five nights here and had everything we needed, even a clothes rack and washing powder. The pool was a treat. Make sure you catch sunrise from across the road. We even spotted dolphins! The location is perfect, and the villa had everything we could want, including food for our arrival, bikes, and pool and beach gear. We loved every moment of our three nights, especially the wonderful managers, Ian & Kate, who were filling in. Best place to stay in Palm Cove. Next time we’re coming for a week :)

The beach is less than a minute away on foot, and Peter was a super friendly host with lots of local tips. Our three night stay was amazing. The villa was spotless when we arrived and organized with heaps of useful things for cooking and laundry. Totally recommend it!
