We’d happily stay again. Three of us girls came to Caloundra for an event and spent five nights at the Waterford Prestige Apartments. Tim, the manager, checked in with us and shared all the information we needed, which made everything feel personal and easy. Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything for our stay. The beach, bus station, coffee shops, and restaurants were all a short walk away.

The beach is just one street away, with shops and places to eat close by, and the service was excellent. We had a spacious, very clean three-bedroom apartment with lovely ocean and mountain views. There were two balconies: we ate outside on the larger one to enjoy the view, and used the smaller one for drying clothes. The kitchen had plenty of glassware, cutlery, and crockery, plus several appliances, including a kettle, toaster, sandwich press, and even a rice cooker. Aircon and fans in each bedroom kept us comfortable. We’d stay again.

A five-minute walk gets you to the beach, Pastry Lab, and Aqua Restaurant. Pastry Lab had the best pastries we’ve ever tried, and Aqua Restaurant was fantastic. We loved how relaxed the atmosphere was, and the Esplanade swimming area worked well for young families. The unit had great facilities, including a pool, spa, BBQ area, and well-equipped gym. It was spacious and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views. By far the best holiday and accommodation we’ve experienced. Truly unforgettable!

We’d highly recommend the Waterford Prestige Apartments while in Caloundra. The rooms are lovely and clean, with beautiful views, and it’s close to the beach and cafes. The staff were super helpful, especially Shayla.
