The breakfast was good enough, especially since it was free, though there weren’t many choices. Staff were great and let us check in early, and the location is convenient for lots of restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, but a bit old, with some minor damage on the walls.

Staff were outstanding and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. There was some mould at the bottom of the bathroom, though. The location is excellent, close to all the cafes and restaurants in Braddon and within walking distance of the Canberra Centre. On-site parking is available, but it can be quite cramped. There are three electric chargers.

Qantas cancelled my flights too late for me to arrange another plan, which disrupted my travel. This place refused to refund me. That makes its priorities clear, and I’ll never book here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and check-in was seamless through an automated kiosk. Breakfast was good and had plenty of variety. I’d definitely recommend this place. One suggestion for the hotel: they could buy cakes from local shops instead of Woolies for breakfast.
