Beach Shacks #1 Casuarina

The location near the beach and tourist spots was the one thing we really liked. The rest was disappointing for more than $350 a night over three nights. There was dust and cobwebs throughout, sand on the lounge, and visible mould in the air conditioner vents. The fridge barely cooled even at its coldest setting. We booked for three adults but found only two towels and one roll of toilet paper. There were no wardrobe hangers, and we had to go to Coles for batteries because the TV remote had none and there weren't any in the drawers. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn't show up in any searches. Getting in was confusing too. We weren't told to press # after the four digit code, and only got the door open by trying it after waiting 30 minutes for a response to our call. Nobody told us that the code had to be entered again to lock the door when we left.
