It was hard to sort out a minor issue because communication felt abrupt and sometimes rude. We tried to cooperate and be respectful, but didn’t feel that was returned. Our experience with Greg and Carrie was disappointing. Communication was poor and unclear throughout, and their expectations for response times and reimbursement didn’t leave a fair or practical amount of time to deal with the matter properly. I hope future interactions can involve clearer communication and more reasonable expectations.

The owners were 10/10, and the setting is incredible. There are so many great towns and places to see nearby, yet it still feels like your own secluded bit of paradise.

It was our second stay in the courtyard suite, and we had a fantastic time again. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Greg and Carrie clearly keep the suites in good shape and continue upgrading them so they still feel luxurious. The retreat is easy to reach, with a beautiful beach and Tilba Tilba close by. We’ll be back, and we’ve already recommended it to friends.

Leaving was a real wrench. We hope we can come back soon, because we loved our stay and the warmth and enthusiasm Greg and Carrie brought to it. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The location was perfect, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable and well equipped, with care given to every little detail. It’s hard to find words for what a fantastic experience it was. Thank you both so much. This place felt like heaven on earth.

After the long drive to Tilba, opening the door to this lovely apartment was such a treat. We had everything we wanted, with nothing missing, and found it spacious and clean. We were comfortable and happy during our two nights there. The grounds and views are lovely, the paved outdoor area is excellent, and the pet-friendly setup was a real bonus for us. Highly recommended.
