Tilba Lake Pods

The 'Archie' tiny home is cute, and the service was great. It’s a lovely little spot, and the Smores box is amazing, definitely get one. Wind can make it whistle a bit. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d bring earbuds, but that shouldn’t put you off a peaceful stay.

The Cabin was awesome, and the whole stay was so peaceful and enjoyable. Tilba’s a great little spot. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tilba Lake House is just right if you’re after a quiet break or want to reconnect with nature. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and we’re already planning another visit. Absolutely incredible!

We’ve visited the south coast before, but this was our first stay here. The tiny house was cozy, inviting and had what we needed. A light was left on for our late arrival, and the firewood was ready. Once the fire caught, it was lovely to sit quietly and listen to it crackle. The views are awesome, and the property is in a wonderful spot. We enjoyed reading outside with the breeze and watching cows wander in the next paddocks. Archie the farm dog was a lovely welcome after we arrived late the night before. On Sunday afternoon I lay on the deck in the sun between lunch and dinner, and Archie came to check on me. I invited him to lie beside me, and he was happy to. He’s super friendly and a bit of a moocher. So am I when it comes to dogs, so we were both happy. There are lots of nice places close by to visit. Tilba cemetery has a wonderful view and is worth checking out. Central Tilba has good food and friendly people, and the Bellbrook Farm Loop, behind the pub there, is well worth finding. At the bottom of the stairs, take your shoes off and enjoy the soft grass underfoot. Keep an eye out for wallabies hopping across the track. Bermagui is a short drive away. The pub serves a very nice lunch overlooking the ocean, and the cafe next door does a nice breakfast with good coffee. The view comes at no extra charge. Narooma has a cute cinema for an evening movie, with restaurants nearby for a meal beforehand. The cafes there also do nice breakfasts and good coffee. We’ll come back to try another tiny house and would recommend them. The owners kept us informed and made sure the stay was as enjoyable as we’d hoped. A huge thank you to them, and a special thanks to my new mate Archie.
