We ordered the $14 lunch specials, sate chicken skewer and cashew nut chicken, and both were delicious. The service was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was so, so good. There’s a sunny outdoor area, plus modern, comfortable furniture inside. We’ll be back!

I checked by phone on 12.05.2026 after seeing karaoke mentioned in older reviews. They don’t have karaoke at all.

For pub food prices, the generous meals are freshly prepared and genuinely good value. The Asian fusion options are top quality and authentic. The food was as good as anything I’ve eaten across Japan and Thailand. It was a typical quiet midweek night, with amazing service from everyone and a spotlessly clean place. What a great asset for Cessnock.

The food was great, but I’m disappointed with how the bar is being run. It closes much too early now, and that’s taken away the nightlife.

The Thai beef salad was super delicious, with authentic flavours. I stopped at this beautiful pub for drinks, and both the bar and restaurant staff were welcoming and really friendly. If I’m passing through Cessnock, I’ll definitely stop in again. 🍻
