The pool was nice, but that was the one good thing. Our room, number 11, was old, dirty, smelly and depressing, and we saw three cockroaches. We had booked two nights and started packing before sunrise. I would never come back. Save your money.

The staff made my daughters and me feel so welcome. We had such a great time here and would happily return. Definitely recommend staying.

Bay Air Motel was easy to reach, with the marina restaurants just a short walk away, and it was very affordable for our family. Everything felt clean and hygienic. Our room had fresh sheets and crisp cotton towels, and the shower pressure was excellent after a long day. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. I arrived before the room was ready, so Bronwyn let me relax by the pool. It was a lovely, well-kept space with manicured lawns and sparkling blue water, tempting even in winter. Kerri and Bronwyn were so welcoming. The delicious meal smells drifting through reception made the place feel like home.

Even with our very late check-in, the staff communicated wonderfully and handled everything efficiently. The place was clean, quiet and felt safe. We had a great night and would recommend staying.

I travel for work and stay somewhere different each night, but Bay Air was better than any of the other hotels and motels I've tried. The rooms were really clean and quiet, and the receptionist was friendly and went out of their way to answer every question.
