We needed somewhere for a couple of nights after our car broke down, and this place was comfortable without costing too much. In the nonstop rain, it was a huge help that the staff let us drop our bags off early and check in ahead of time when we had all our things and nowhere to go.

We’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are clean, and the location is great, with the pub next door and takeaway across the road.

The gardens and lawn looked extremely neglected, which made the place seem tired and shabby. Owners, please show the place that earns you money some love and care. A good first impression matters, and you only get one chance to make it. 😉 We enjoyed our stay, had no complaints about the room, and thought the staff were great.
