The older woman at reception was polite and welcoming, but the room was upsetting, especially for what it cost. The beds were sandy, which made me think they hadn't been changed after the last guest. There was dust on the shelf above the microwave, the old shower curtain smelled of urine, and the shower rod was rusty. When I tried to report it, the office was shut. They'd posted an after-hours number, but nobody answered when I called.

After the Comfort Inn Premier turned us away, we found lovely accommodation up the road at the Quality Hotel Apartments. They even upgraded us to a bigger room because we had a newborn with us. Earlier that day we'd called to check availability and were told there were plenty of rooms. We arrived at 6:55pm, just before the office closed at 7pm, but the woman at the door refused to give us a room because the computers were off. I explained we had a newborn in the car and she still wouldn't help. When I told the employee I was disappointed, she laughed and said we should have booked earlier. Absolutely disgusting service. Don't stay here, go to Quality Hotel Apartments.

The main road traffic can be noticeable in the distance, but I found it easy to tune out. This is a lovely, quaint little place, very clean, and the lady at the front desk was lovely.

She was so helpful from when we arrived until we left, and tonight was fantastic. I'd recommend staying here.
