We had a wonderful 3 night stay last week, and the view from our Studio Apartment was amazing, a great way to unwind after a very quick road trip to Sydney. The room was comfortable and clean, with near-new appliances that all worked properly. The laundry was tidy and clean, with plenty of soap powder, clothes airers and a washing line with pegs supplied. The gardens and grounds were well kept, as was the small pool. Cafes and restaurants are nearby if you don't feel like cooking. A real home away from home. Thank you Lydia, Vanessa and your support team. We'd most definitely return.

Great location, good room, very good parking and a nice pool. I'd definitely stay again, but next time I'll bring extra toilet paper. After six days, we thought we were getting low and asked reception for another roll. They said the supply in the room was a starter pack and that we'd have to pay for more. Five minutes later we bumped into a cleaner who gladly helped us out. Very poor form from reception. I'm not going to get into how much toilet paper a middle-aged couple might use in 6 days, but if you're running low, you'd expect to be able to ask for more.

Good value, with comfortable beds and a lovely water view from the third level balcony and lounge. It's a nice place for families, close to the beach and restaurants or pub, with good parking. There's no elevator, so don't bring heavy bags.

This was our second stay at the observatory apartments, and our room was so comfortable and accommodating. The view was great and so refreshing. Thanks to all the staff for helping whenever I asked. We'll definitely be back, and won't stay anywhere else when we're in Coffs.
