The place is handy for exploring Freycinet National Park, and it still feels fairly new, with kitchen utensils that are usable and not too grubby. But we specifically booked a second bedroom because we're both light sleepers, and then couldn't use it. For what amounted to a one-bedroom stay, it felt very overpriced. The house is in a dull suburban area with almost no trees or points of interest, and the TV reception kept cutting in and out.

We found the villa cozy and had everything we needed for our holiday. It was clean, modern, and a good size, with a playground right out front that was handy for the kids. The neighbourhood is especially quiet, which made the location a great fit for us.

The neighbourhood was quiet, and we had the whole house to ourselves even though we only needed one room. We paid AUD375.97 for two nights in Archella 1 in April 2024, booking through Agoda after an 18% credit card discount. The house was tidy, clean, and very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Cooling and heating were available only through the living room air-conditioning. The bathroom was roomy and clean, with a shower sized for one person, good water pressure and drainage, and bath and face towels provided. WiFi stayed stable. The host didn't live in the house or visit during our stay. We could park in the front porch area, and eateries were a 6-8 minute drive away.

Handy base for exploring eastern Tasmania, and there's a washing machine. The little house in Coles Bay is nice, especially the kitchen, though not having a dishwasher was a drawback. Everything else was nice.

Everything felt new and was super clean in this modern little place. It would work well for up to six people, and we had a washing machine to use. The open living room and kitchen were great too.
