Don't stay here, you'll regret it. Loud music blared all night, and the room was bare and cramped. The only heat we had in the middle of winter was a tiny heater that worked about half the time because the power kept tripping. The door was broken and a pain to open and lock. Service was average at best. Many hallway lights were broken or missing, there were stains all over the walls, and random furniture had been left in the hall. It might look like a good deal, but it was a terrible place to stay.

It was too cold. Even at minus 2, they didn't light the fire. The mid-strength beer cost the same as full-strength, and the schooners advertised at $4.80 were all $5.20. I stayed in Berridale the next day. The staff were friendly, the warmth was unbelievable, and the locals were awesome.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to try somewhere different on our way to Canberra. But the food was underwhelming, the pub/bistro needs renovating, and I don't think we'll return. The parmigiana was okay, though the sauce had a lot of garlic and the vegetable serving was disappointing. There weren't many people there, so I was surprised our meals still took 30 minutes.

A really good value meal, with a nicely made drink and very friendly service. The roast pork was fantastic, and the vegetables were proper roast veges, not frozen, with some life left in them. The amenities are dated but clean. Highly recommend if you're after a good meal in Cooma.

I thought this was a hotel, not a freaking club. There was no warning about ridiculously loud music blasting all night, and it was literally the worst place I've ever stayed. Our window wouldn't shut, leaving a cold draft right over the bed, and the walls were super thin. If you actually want to sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here in a million years.
