The room was roomy, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and their child is beautiful. We stayed about a month ago and would absolutely come back. Just a heads-up for anyone booking: pets aren’t allowed. I understand the rule, it’s not a complaint.

Coonamble is a great place to stay under the Milky Way, and the serviced apartments were better than the motel in my experience. It’s affordable too, and well worth the 6 1/2-hour drive from Sydney. For a small town near the Queensland and NSW border, this place is damn awesome. Two things could be better: the lamp in room 19’s two-single-bedroom unit was broken, and two rolls of very thin toilet paper weren’t enough. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The executive spa suite felt huge and homely as soon as I walked in. It was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine and fluffy bathrobes. I spend a lot of time in motel rooms for work, and this is easily one of the best I’ve stayed in.

The desk was handy for getting work done while I was away, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, with a good heater for winter. The bathroom tap did leak, though it didn’t affect my stay. I’d stay here again.

We were surprised by how fantastic the rooms were in our two-bedroom apartment. After a long day on the road, it was a relief to find somewhere so clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the local Club is an easy walk away for a meal.
