Prices seemed reasonable, and I found this place on Google while looking around a small suburb with not much else there. The reception was terrible. They say there’s WiFi, but it didn’t reach my room, and phone and WiFi signal were minimal. The gentleman suggested using the common room, but the connection wasn’t much better there either. I could recommend it if you just need somewhere to rest while travelling. The rooms felt basic and a bit old school, with some shabby bits. I noticed spiderwebs under a table in the common room, and it would be good to keep supplies like napkins topped up. Hope this helps them improve the place.

I stop here every time I drive between Brisbane and Sydney. It’s always clean, the price is very fair, and the owners are lovely. It has that old-time charm.

The reception staff were very nice and funny, but the rooms were very dirty, with lots of cockroaches and spiderwebs under the beds. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you really need to. The WiFi and phone signal are very bad.

It’s one minute from the highway and 95 KM south of kempsey. Very affordable, clean and tidy, with exceptional service from kind, trusting staff. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

We stayed here while travelling from Albury to Brisbane. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The only downside was that the chairs in the room weren’t very comfortable. The grounds were in excellent condition, though muddy after all the rain they’d had, with more overnight. I think they’d look lovely when it’s drier. It’s easy to pull in and out, close to the highway but set back from it, so it wasn’t noisy. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers.
