We loved the shops in Cowtown, especially Moon Haven, my favourite, and the bakeries were delightful. The Beer Farm and Gabriel Chocolate are also not far from The Noble Grape Guesthouse. Margs was a 10-minute drive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, cave and great vibe around Yallingup, about 30 minutes away. The location worked perfectly for our girls’ trip to the Margs River region. My cousin, her daughter and I came expecting a place to sleep and got so much more. The property is quaint, with little seating spots among the trees and a clean, understated breakfast room. Our triple room had a patio bistro set, and the suite had a proper key, a good-sized fridge for our bubbly and H2O, comfy beds, lots of pillows and blankets, and a pristine bathroom with great shower pressure. There were DVDs, games and cards too. But the breakfast deserves its own mention. I’ve stayed at countless B&Bs on my travels, and Brad and Pam’s breakfast spread and quality were absolutely superb. The coffee maker was like something from a high-end coffee shop. There was chopped fresh fruit, granola, tasty yogurt options, fresh bread for toasting, ham and egg cups, and those lovely warm muffins. Fresh juices and little conversation cards on the tables, too. They’d thought of every detail. Keeping everything up must be a full-time job, but this lovely couple make it look easy. Don’t hesitate to book this guesthouse. Highly recommended.

The staff were lovely, and the hosts were happy to provide vegan alternatives at the yummy breakfast. We enjoyed the private patio and DVD player, and the accommodation was comfortable. A wonderful stay at the Noble Grape, with a great location for exploring.

The muffins were among the best I’ve ever had, just like homemade ones made with real skill. Breakfast arrived promptly and with care in a neat, cute dining area. The rooms felt warm and cozy, making each morning relaxing. The Noble Grape is in a gorgeous setting, and its hosts are just as lovely. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back.

The breakfast is well worth trying: fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, Weet-Bix and freshly baked sweet and savoury muffins. They can even bring it to your room if you’d like to eat in private, such princess treatment. Pam was incredibly accommodating, even letting us have coffee in the dining area on a rainy afternoon when all the cafes were closed. It’s a homey B&B with family vibes, in a fantastic spot close to Margaret River wineries and places to eat. It’s inexpensive and worth the price. We’ll be back when we head south again.
