The apartment was untidy and unclean. The cutlery was filthy, there were stains on several parts of the bed sheets, the balcony floor was dirty, and there was mould throughout the shower. Our stay at 130 the waves was also extremely distressing. The owners came into the apartment and verbally abused us, then physically threatened us and members of our family. We told Victoria Police, who are aware of the situation, and we're still shocked by how the owners treated us. I believe they also own apartments 240 and 507, so be aware.

We had a comfortable, clean stay at 130 At The Waves and will be back. The balcony views were lovely, parking was secure, and the location and value were both great.

The Owner was helpful and provided great service. This Apartment is close to both the beach and the main street shops. A fantastic place to stay, and highly recommended for your next visit.
