The fireplace made our two-night winter stay especially cozy, and there was plenty of firewood provided. Island Break Cottages in Cowes gave us the warm, romantic weekend escape we wanted, with a comfortable self-contained cottage that mixed great amenities with rustic charm. Kerri and Craig were wonderful to deal with and answered our questions, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. There are good dining options nearby and lovely walks that are enjoyable even in winter. The surrounding area is picturesque and a lovely place to unwind. The cottages exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to visit again. Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat.

Craig and Kerrie were attentive, and we especially enjoyed our cheerful chats with Craig. The cottage was beautifully presented, spotless inside, and well equipped. It’s close to the beach but away from the crowds in Cowes, and we had a wonderful time. We’ll be back!

After busy days, coming back to our cabin among the trees to unwind in the spa bath or by the fire was lovely. The cabin felt homey, clean, and beautiful, and Kerri and Craig were incredibly friendly, generous, and accommodating hosts. My partner and I can’t thank them enough. This stay exceeded our expectations, and it’ll always be our first choice when we go to Phillip island.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and cozy, with the fire already going when I arrived. Kerri and Craig were great hosts and gave me tips on the island’s hot spots, from coffee places to attractions. I had the pleasure of staying at Island Break Cottages. A must visit, 10/10.

We were really happy with our first stay here. The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed, and felt comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. We especially liked having the wood burner. A lovely little escape from the city for a night, and we’ll be back.
